A robust training program that addresses the need for foresight, scenario planning for business plan development and improves their elevator pitches and digital skills.
OUR ROLE
Designed a four day program spanning across two months for mid-tier managers. We trained them in foresight, scenario planning for business plan development, improved their elevator pitches, and digital skills through the introduction of remote-team working tools and application. Clients were able to present a forward thinking business pitch, with innovative solutions to overcome potential scenarios/ futures and increase economic and social values for clients.
