Bringing 21st century learnings into Government
THE PROBLEM
Closing the gap in the offerings of digital and tech skills development for civil servants with practical solutions, including online collaborative tools.
THE SOLUTION
Organising webinars to walk participants through how to use online collaborative tools and hands-on breakout sessions.
OUR ROLE
We planned and organised a 90-minute workshop style webinar held with government workers in global locations to learn how to use online collaborative tools such as MURAL and miro. The workshop was followed by small breakout sessions. This allowed for a high engagement level with participants and hands-on activity exploring the whiteboard tool to facilitate various types of discussions.
