THE PROBLEM
Many governments have developed a National Skills Strategies programme. However, there are gaps in translating strategy to policy at the ministry and agency level, in particular, fulfilling the digital skills gap.

THE SOLUTION
A robust training program tackling the following topics: Foresight & Scenarios for Visioning, AI Skills Landscape Analysis and recommendations for a strategic approach.

OUR ROLE
We created a comprehensive national roadmap to develop AI talent from pre-tertiary through to post-tertiary level by introducing an AI syllabus into the national high school curriculum. Insights contributed to the development of the national program were also applied for corporate problem solving.
